    On 6 January 2025, a compliance notice was issued to New Horizons Enterprises Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

    The notice requires New Horizons Enterprises Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with sections 9 and section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (the Reportable Incidents Rules).
