Compliance and enforcement actions

On 17 December 2024 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The order prohibits Kira Lee Drake: 

1. from being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where she is solely responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants;

2. having unsupervised contact with NDIS participants as part of the direct delivery of NDIS supports or services. 

This Order takes effect on 10 January 2025 at 5:00pm (ACDT) for a period of four (4) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
