On 16 December 2019 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting David Murray Robinson for a period of 1 year from:
• providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS funded participants unsupervised; and
• providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS funded participants during passive overnight shifts
effective from 5:00 pm on 17 December 2019.
