On 21 October 2020 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iv) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Michael Edgar Feast from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants for a period of 1 month, effective from 5:00 pm on 21 October 2020.
