On 6 May 2020 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Lynn Marie Penna from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDISfunded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, for a period of 3 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 7 May 2020
