On 10 February 2022 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Elena Pollard from being involved in the provision of supports and services to people with disability, both directly and indirectly, for a period of two years effective from 5pm on 11 February 2022
