Compliance and enforcement actions

On 21 September 2020, a compliance notice was issued to Life Without Barriers under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Life Without Barriers to take certain action in order to address non-compliances by the company with sections 20 and 21 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018. Life Without Barriers has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice.
