    On 21 December 2020, a compliance notice was issued to Devonfield Enterprises Inc. under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Devonfield Enterprises Inc. to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with section 6(c) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018. Devonfield Enterprises Inc. has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice.
