Compliance and enforcement actions

On 30 December 2020, a compliance notice was issued to Lifestyle Assistance and Accommodation Service Inc under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Lifestyle Assistance and Accommodation Service Inc to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with section 9 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018

On 8 February 2021, the compliance notice was varied under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation varied the dates by which specified action in the compliance notice is required to be taken. Lifestyle Assistance and Accommodation Service Inc has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice.
