Compliance and enforcement actions

On 19 July 2021, a compliance notice was issued to Devonfield Enterprises Inc. under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Devonfield Enterprises Inc. to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with section 13 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018. 

On 6 August 2021, the compliance notice was varied under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation varied the dates by which specified action in the compliance notice is required to be taken. Devonfield Enterprises Inc. has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice
