Compliance and enforcement actions

On 30 July 2021, a compliance notice was issued to Oak Tasmania under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Oak Tasmania to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with section 13 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018. Oak Tasmania has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice.
