Compliance and enforcement actions

On 23 August 2023, a compliance notice was issued to AAR Victoria Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notices requires AAR Victoria Pty Ltd to take certain actions in order to address possible non-compliances with:

1. Complaints management 
2. Incident management
3. Human resources management and
4. Service agreements 

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018, specifically the rules relating to section 21 – reporting of reportable incidents.
