On 2 November 2022, a suspension notice was issued to My Care Australia Group Pty Ltd, suspending the provider’s registration for a period of 30 days, effective 8 November 2022. The suspension of registration was based on section 73N(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013
