On 27 September 2023, a suspension notice was issued to Smart and Incredible Care Pty Ltd suspending the provider’s registration for a period of 30 days, effective from 28 September 2023. The suspension of registration was based on sections 73N(1)(a), 73N(1)(d) 73N(1)(e) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). On 27 October 2023, a further suspension notice was issued to Smart and Incredible Care Pty Ltd suspending the provider’s registration for a period of 30 days, effective from 28 October 2023.
