On 13 December 2019, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Sumaiah Al Shakhshir. The decision to revoke registration is based on consideration of suitability to provide supports and services to people with disability, under section 73P(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
