On 1 December 2022 a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Alltime Care Pty Ltd under section 73P(1)(a) and 73P(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The revocation takes effect from 5:00 pm on 9 December 2022.
