On 25 July 2023, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to 1 Primary Care Service Pty Ltd under sections 73P(1)(a) and 73P(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The revocation takes effect from 5:00pm on 8 August 2023
