Compliance and enforcement actions

On 16 December 2021, a compliance notice was issued to Community Living Australia Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Community Living Australia Ltd to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with section 12 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018.
