Compliance and enforcement actions

On 7 January 2022, a compliance notice was issued to Peoples Healthcare Services (Australia) Pty. Ltd. under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Peoples Healthcare Services (Australia) Pty. Ltd. to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance with section 6(c) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018.
