    On 28 August 2023, a compliance notice was issued to Support Plus 4 You Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notices requires Support Plus 4 You Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with paragraphs (a) and (d) of the NDIS Code of Conduct, contained in section 6 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018.
