Compliance and enforcement actions

On 20 September 2023, a compliance notice was issued to Mirrors Care Pty Ltd  under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Mirrors Care Pty Ltd to take certain actions and refrain from taking certain action in order to address alleged non-compliance with sections 9, 10 and 12 of the National Disbaility Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018, section 8 and 9 of the National Disbaility Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 and Schedule 4 to the National Disbaility Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018.
