Compliance and enforcement actions

On 26 October 2023 a compliance notice was issued to the Disability Services Commission under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires the Disability Services Commission to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance with section 10(2)(a)  National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018.
