On 24 April 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Aaron Mark Berney from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm on 9 May 2023.
