On 10 February 2023, a banning order issued on 1 February 2023 was varied under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation, which takes effect from 5:00 pm on 17 February 2023, confirms that the order is made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the Act. This banning order permanently prohibits Lauren Fleming from providing supports and services to people with disability.
