On 10 March 2023, a banning order originally issued on 8 February was varied under section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order prohibits Nizar Hamdan from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability permanently. The variation takes effect 5:00pm on 20 March 2023.
