On 8 May 2023, a banning order originally issued on 6 February 2023 was varied under section 100 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The varied banning order prohibits Sandra Kennedy from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability for a period of three (3) years effective from 5:00 pm on 13 February 2023.
