On 10 February 2023, a banning order was varied under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order permanently prohibits Mary Joyce Cook from being involved in the provision of supports and services to people with disability. The variation takes effect from 5:00pm on 17 February 2023 and reflects that the banning order is made pursuant to sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
