On 18 January 2023, a banning order was issued under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, prohibiting Rafael Ukken from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5:00 pm on 24 January 2023.
