On 4 January 2023, a banning order was made under section 73N(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ramesh Saini from being involved in the provision of supports or services to people with disability, for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5:00pm on 11 January 2023.
