On 20 December 2022, a banning order was issued under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(ii) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ali Abdul-Rahman from providing disability supports and services to NDIS-funded participants for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00 pm on 20 December 2022.
