  • In force: Revocation of registration of registered NDIS provider - from 5pm 19 Dec 2025

    On 27 November 2025 a notice of revocation of registration was issued to World Peace Limited under sections 73P(1)(a), 73P(1)(b), 73P(1)(d) and 73P(1)(e) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

    The revocation was issued on grounds that a delegate of the NDIS Commissioner reasonably believes that World Peace Limited has contravened, is contravening, or is proposing to contravene the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act).

    The delegate is no longer satisfied that World Peace Limited is suitable to provide supports or services to people with disability and the key personnel of the World Peace Limited are no longer suitable to be involved in the provision of supports or services for which World Peace Limited is registered to provide.

     The revocation takes effect from 5:00pm AEDT on 19 December 2025 and operates across all states and territories of Australia.
