On 7 November 2025, a permanent banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Fatoumata Nawah from being involved in the provision of supports or services to people with disability.
This order has been issued on reasonable grounds that Fatoumata Nawah has contravened section 6(1)(d) and 6(1)(f) of the NDIS Code of Conduct Rules 2018, thereby contravening section 73V of the NDIS Act 2013 and is not suitable to be involved in the provision of supports or services to people with disability, per section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the NDIS Act 2013.
Specifically, the order prohibits Fatoumata Nawah from being engaged in the following NDIS activities:
1. Engage in any work or provide or perform any service or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider, which may occasion any personal contact between you and an NDIS Participant.
This permanent banning order takes effect on 12 November 2025 at 5:00pm AEST and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
