Compliance and enforcement actions

On 11 November 2025, a suspension notice was issued to Ms Ines NASUP and Ms Tea SABANOVIC, suspending their registration for a period of 30 days, effective from 2 December 2025.

The suspension of registration was based on section 73N(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
