Compliance and enforcement actions

On 7 November 2025, a permanent banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Brett William Gilroy from being involved in the provision of supports or services to people with disability. 

Specifically, the order made prohibits Brett William Gilroy from being engaged in the following NDIS activities, supports or services: 

1. providing or personally being involved in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), under a participant’s plan; or 

2. engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider. 

This permanent banning order takes effect on 12 November 2025 at 5:00pm AEDT and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
