    On 17 October 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN (2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, prohibiting Alison O’Driscoll also known as Alison Keely O’Driscoll from engaging in, providing, or being involved in the provision of supports or services in the NDIS.

    Specifically, the order prohibits Alison O’Driscoll also known as Alison Keely O’Driscoll, for a period of 17 months from being engaged in the following NDIS activities: 

     1. Providing, being involved or assisting in the provision of any supports or services to any National  Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant under an NDIS participant’s plan. 

     2. Engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for  or on behalf of any NDIS Provider.

    The Order takes effect on 17 October 2025 at 5:00 pm AEDT and expires on 17 March 2027. The Order operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
