Compliance and enforcement actions

On 17 October 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN (2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, prohibiting Caitlin Kusabs from engaging in, providing, or being involved in the provision of supports or services in the NDIS.

Specifically, the order prohibits Caitlin Kusabs, for a period of 1 year, 4 months and 3 weeks from being engaged in the following NDIS activities: 

1. Providing, being involved or assisting in the provision of any supports or services to any National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant under an NDIS participant’s plan.
2. Engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider.

This order takes effect from 5.00pm AEDT on 17 October 2025 for a period of 1 year, 4 months and 3 weeks and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
