Compliance and enforcement actions

On 6 October 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The order restricts Bryce Tupling trading as Tupling, Bryce Nicholas from: 

1. Providing, being involved or assisting in the provision of any supports or services to any National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant under an NDIS participant’s plan. 

2. Engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider.

This Order takes effect on 10 October 2025 at 5.00PM AEST for a period of 10 years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
