Compliance and enforcement actions

On 3 October 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Christopher Brown from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants. 

Specifically, the order is made prohibiting Christopher Brown from being engaged in the following NDIS activities:

1. providing or personally being involved in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any support or services under a participant’s plan; or 

2. engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider

This Order takes effect on 16 October 2025 at 5.00PM AEST, for a period of 12 months and operates across all states and territories of Australia.
