Compliance and enforcement actions

On 31 October 2025, a compliance notice originally issued to Estia Foundation of Australia on 2 October 2025, was varied under section 73ZM(4) of the NDIS Act.

The varied notice extended the deadline by which Estia is to take certain actions to address possible non-compliance with section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 and Schedule 1, Part 5, clause 26A of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standard) Rules 2018 (Practice Standard Rules).
