Compliance and enforcement actions

On 23 September 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN 2 (a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ralph Campo from being involved in the provision of support or services to NDIS participants.  Specifically, prohibiting Ralph Campo from being engaged in the following NDIS supports or services:

1. Provide, be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support and services under a Participant’s Plan.

This banning order takes effect on 10 October 2025 at 5.00pm ACDT for a period of one (1) year and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
