Compliance and enforcement actions

On 9 September 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibitingTahlyshia Phillipson- Blease from engaging in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, including but not limited to:

1. Providing or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support or supports under a Participant’s Plan; and
2. Providing or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any service or services under a Participant’s Plan.

The order is for 5 years, effective from 05:00pm AEST on 22 September 2025, across all States and Territories of Australia.
