Compliance and enforcement actions

On 27 August 2025 a banning order was issued to Milla Figg. The two (2) year banning order is effective from 05:00pm on 12 September 2025 and was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the NDIS Act, restricting them from:

1. providing or personally being involved in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any support or services under a participant’s plan; or
2. engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider.
