Compliance and enforcement actions

On 11 September 2025, a banning order was issued to Barbi-Jade Aubrey under section 73ZN(1)(b)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The decision was made on the delegate believing on reasonable grounds that Barbi-Jade Aubrey has contravened section 73V of the NDIS Act by failing to comply with sections 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018 (NDIS Code of Conduct).This order prohibits Barbi-Jade Aubrey from the following activities:

1. Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support or supports under a Participant’s Plan; 

2. Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any service or services under a Participant’s Plan;

The banning order takes effect at 5pm on 11 September 2025 for a period of 10 years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
