Compliance and enforcement actions

On 26 August 2025 a banning order was issued to Helena Bond. The banning order is effective on 12 September 2025 at 5.00pm for a period of two (2) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia. The banning order was made against Helena Bond under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the NDIS Act, restricting them from:

1. providing or personally being involved in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any supports or services under a participant’s plan; or
2. engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider.
