Compliance and enforcement actions

On 1 September 2025, a Compliance Notice was issued to Prestige Inhome Care Pty Ltd.

Prestige Inhome Care Pty Ltd, operating as a registered NDIS provider, may be contravening section 73J of the NDIS Act by breaching conditions of its registration determined by the National Disability Insurance Scheme Rules (refer to sections 73F(1)(c), 73F(2)(h) and 73H of the NDIS Act). In particular, Prestige Inhome Care Pty Ltd has contravened National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 (the Rules) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (Reportable Incident Rules).

Prestige Inhome Care Pty Ltd is required to take action to address potential non-compliance, including a review of its incident management system, Risk and Human Resource Management processes and the development of a corrective action plan to address identified non-compliance.
