Compliance and enforcement actions

On 21 August 2025 a compliance notice was issued to MELLEAH REBEKAH STRAUTINS. The compliance notice was issued on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner was aware of information that suggests that MELLEAH REBEKAH STRAUTINS may be contravening section 73J of the NDIS Act, by allegedly failing to comply under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018 (the Behaviour Support Rules).
