Compliance and enforcement actions

On 22 August 2025 a compliance notice was issued to Livability Care Australia Pty Ltd . The compliance notice was issued on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner was aware of information that suggests that Livability Care Australia Pty Ltd may be contravening section 73J of the NDIS Act, by allegedly failing to comply with a condition of registration relating to Governance and Operational Management, Risk Management, Human Resource Management and provision of safe and competent supports. 

Livability Care Australia Pty Ltd is required to take action to address potential non-compliance with regard to Governance and Operational Management, Risk Management and Human Resource Management as per Schedule 1 Clauses 9, 10 and 15 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 and with regard to Section 6 (1)(c) of the NDIS (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018.
