Compliance and enforcement actions

On 14 August 2025 NDIS Provider AHH Lifeskills Pty Ltd was issued compliance notices under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the NDIS Act: 

• In relation to information suggesting possible noncompliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct; and 

• In relation to information suggesting possible noncompliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Behaviour Support Rules and Reportable Incident Rules.”
