Compliance and enforcement actions

On the 4 August 2025 a Compliance Notice was issued to Ontrack Tasmania Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Ontrack Tasmania Pty Ltd to take certain action to address noncompliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Provider (Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 Ontrack Tasmania.
