Compliance and enforcement actions

On 22 July 2025 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Bronwyn Molloy from:

1. Provide, be involved or assist in the provision of, to any NDIS participant, any support or services under the participant’s plan.

This order takes effect at 05:00pm AEST on 8 August 2025 for a period of two (2) years and operates across all states and territories of Australia.
